Due to the recent Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak, Our Nation has to suspend all face-to-face services. We are trying to comply with social distancing but, due to the nature of the services and clients we serve, suspension of services is not an option. With that being said, we will immediately begin to implement Phoenix Telehealth Services. We will be servicing all MEDICAID CLIENTS.

We will continue to offer Addiction services, Mental health counseling, Opioid treatment services, Family counseling support, Psychiatry, Basic Primary Care service. Phoenix Integrated Heath is looking forward to continuing to serve all our State, communities and family’s needs.

WHO ARE WE?
Phoenix Integrated Health is a multifaceted behavioral health approach. We fill in the gaps of traditional services that were historically separate and apart, causing disruptions in clinical care for individuals seeking help for treatment of Mental Health, Addictions, and/or General Health.
Our focus is not only on helping our clients maintain and strengthen their recovery but also to become productive members of a community.
Our graduates will leave Phoenix with a strong foundation in the outside recovery community and a solid understanding of the skills that are necessary to live a productive life in recovery.
Patients in recovery face many unique and challenging circumstances. In order to better address the needs of this population, Phoenix provides patient-care based on individual client needs. Peer Supporters with lived experience help balance the competing areas of work, parenting, and recovery. Phoenix partners with Community Services and the Courts to provide patient support and resources.
